Administrator / Data Entry (Cluster Support)
Location - York (YO26)
(Based on the location of our York depot, it is preferable that you have a full UK driving licence so you are able to commute easily)
Salary - £21,000 to £25,000 (Dependent upon experience)

Working within our site based Cluster Support / Planning team, you will be responsible for utilising your strong administration / keyboard skills to transfer key information on to SAP, you will be tasked with ensuring the local authorities are kept abreast of all street works in process and planned for the future, update the team planner with the engineers whereabouts and monitor changes, handle some customer communications and support the planning manager as required. This will see you ensuring all information is present and correct, working closely with teams across the business and managing your workload within agreed timelines.
While we're able to offer subject matter training, we expect you to bring along previous experience within an administrative role, ideally experience of operating SAP or similar MRP systems, the ability to work to deadlines and a strong attention to detail.
